Back to Birth for Curious Adults is a gentle, guided way to explore imprints, the patterns we carry from our very beginnings, and how they show up in our everyday lives in small ways and in big ways, too. When we can see them, it's not about fixing you, but to finally see what's been there all along. The hard moments start to make a different kind of sense.
